I have recieved the MK96116 MBRP muffler replacement and it did not come with instructions. Before I start ripping my stock exhuast out can anyone give me a clue about how to put this thing in. The instructions avalible on mbrp and dpp website are for full exhuast replacement this piece only replaces the stock muffler. Do I need a sawsall?

I also got a j/a and I must say that I would be very impressed to see someone install this thing in ten minutes

If you have the EGT port tapped, 10 minutes is about right... Helps if you already know where stuff does though.

As for the MBRP - take off muffler, then slide extension pipe on back of cat convertor, and then muffler onto the extension - make sure to use the factory hangers and rubber hangy things... then push tail pipe into the back of muffler...

The hardest part is getting the stock muffler off because of the crush-style clamps... do yourself a favor, buy some band clamps when you do the install, throw the clamps that came with it away!!
