Competition MM 05' Dyno Results

Tom C won the super street--congrats to DPO member Tom--way to go--



not sure who won the mod class, but BBD broke his front driveshaft and blew a freeze plug--ATS broke--John@ DPS broke his t-case..... that's all I know here--



I think the stock class went to a local---chris
 
The Mod class win went to an '06 Mega cab with twins, I think from PDI. Not 100% though, congrats to the winners of the stock class and Mod class, good job guys.

We pulled in the MM parking lot, and only one truck there looked like a midwest puller.

Slammed front end, JD Green weights, no rear bumper, Truxes tires, single stack, heavy freaking duty traction bars with large frame reinforcements, reinforced hitch, etc. :cool:



And a turbo that needed LIT!



Turned out, it wins, lol. Oo.



Best pull of the night, and one of the few that knew how to back up to the sled, nice and straight.



All, in all, I thought it was a nice little pull for being put on at the last second by someone with no exprience in these matters whatsoever. It just needs a little polishing. ;)



Oh, and Craig, next time a Pennsylvanian tells you where to turn for a truck pull in Nevada, take his advice!!!!
 
Tom, nice hook bud, looked really sweet :) guess that is kind of sign that Nick and Doug are going to have to work extra hard this year to hang with you in that class. Awesome job.



Yes, I lost the cardigain joint on the front driveline and a the rear freeze plug on the side of the block. Shoule be ready for Houghson in two weeks baring no other issues, but man I need to get the Corsa in as I have no idea on my RPM's right now.

Yeah Jim, I installed the EEP pressure fix but obviously its set to high, I have it set at 30psi, as directed, but I think I am going to go to 10psi so its open right away, heck the rad cap is set at 16psi. Looks like I will do all three freeze plugs on teh side and use Belzona anybody got anything better then that for keeping them in???

Thats why I didn't win: I dont have green weights and I have two stacks not one. That means breaking the transfer case isn't why I lost. ;) I feel better already.

Scott you should just go to an electric water pump,Meziere makes a perfect pump for the cummins,with a mount that welds to the frame. It runs the same no matter what RPM.
 
Awsome pull Tom. I guess Green is for "going, and going, and going". As usual.

Good seeing everyone, Scott, Tom and finally meeting Gene and Eric. John you forgot to mention you were around the 240 mark when you broke. Not to bad for being Blue instead of Green. And You had the best tow in town if you ask me. :eek:
