MMiller is the Man!

Hey everyone, just want to publicly thank one of our own. A while back I posted looking for a upper control arm for my 92 because I was having a hell of a time finding one. Local bone yards were dry, and I was beginning to sweat. MMiller responded to my cry for help, posting that he had one I could buy. After a couple emails confirming the details, Mike went out in the freezing cold, pulled the part, cleaned it, shipped it to me, and held my check until I got the part, confirmed the match, and got it installed. All of this for short money!



Mike, I want to thank you again for your efforts on my behalf. If we ever run into each other, the beverages are on me! The truck handles much better after installing the replacement, and my wife is pleased that the truck will be safe for the upcoming horse hauling season. Hey Pastor Bob, I think a Mike deserves a couple horsepower bonus points!



All you guys that are lurking out there, wondering if the membership fee is worth it... spend the money, you'll recover every penny with interest!Oo. Oo.

Ditto on the membership being worth it. I have lost count of how many year's memberships I have paid for with labor and parts savings the past 3 years, but I am well ahead of the game. Plus, I have the fastest first Gen in the county- though this is pretty much gasser country, so that isnt saying much, now is it?

ALL of the people in this 1st gen group are great! I bought my '92 three years ago and knew absolutely NOTHING about diesels. Thanks to all of the good information, I have done some BOMBing, and will be doing more soon - just purchased a set of POD's and will be building a 4" exhaust this summer. The subscription fee is more than worth the money!
