A little shorter way than that is here, Rock Falls from I94 This is the way I go so I am not back tracking. You won't see the track until you go up the hill, and it will be to your left at the top. Go to the second driveway and wait in line. I will have my truck and my wife is driving out Tims truck, he is staying in Eau Claire for the night, and meeting us out there.

Hey guys, new to the site. Been around for awhile, but finally joined up! I will hopefully be running through that area this weekend on the way back from WI from getting my 5" Stacks installed! I would love to join up with ya'll and meet a few other Diesel guys. I probably would not do any runs, as my truck is still stock power wise, but would be fun to hang out and watch.

What time are you gentlemen leaving? Where would be a good meeting place for all of us? Being the gates open at 8, would 6:30 at the Hudson Rest stop be alright for you guys. I know Spicy has backroads for everything in the state of Wisc, so I understand if he wants to go his own way.

I would've replied earlier, but the "gentlemen" thing threw me for a loop... :-laf

Mapquest had an ETT of 2hrs. from Andy's house, so 6:30 - 7:00 seems alright. But then again, I don't know much about anything south of Rogers.

I just looked up WIDOT and found the rest area at "exit 2 - Carmichael Road". I assume this is the one you are talking about?

That's the Rest Stop. The web page isn't exactly forthcomming with the information on the racing. 9 till sometime around noon I would assume. Then after that they will probably start doing bracket racing. I have not been to this track for a day like this, but it should be a great time.



I plan on being to the Rest stop at about 6:30.

Well I know where that rest stop is, but it is back tracking for me. As far as racing, well you get to race for cash or a trophie. If you lose your race you have a second chance for a little less cash or money. Usally we are done by noon to 1pm. Depends on how far you go in your event. I told the FAT KID I would get ahold of him on his cell phone to see if I am ahead of you guys or behind ya. I don't get onto I-94 till Baldwin, so I am planning on hooking up with Andy and Billy Diesel in Menomine, at the golden arches, it the first exit into that town. We had planned on meeting around 7:30am, unless he changes his mind and does come over to my house Saturday night. Shall see, Kevin, easiest way for you to go is to just stay all interstate, no sense backroading towards my place. Anybody that has a cell phone for Sunday, call me at 612-597-4296. I should be up at 6am Sunday. Later and we should have fun.

Just wanted to let you guys know that despite losing my rounds I had a blast. Four passes was cool though, lot of shifting... ... ... ..... . Just have to say that I think Tim could have gotten into the 12's, had he had a little time to play with launching that beast. Just wish the frost plug would have stayed in so he could have played a little more, but thanks for the long break in the stagging lanes. Although mid 13's is good.

I really was surprised to see the amount of diesels there... ... ... :-laf . Sure made the crowd in the stand surprised to see our trucks run, and the speeds we were getting, for those that knew we were pushing 7000 pounds down the track. My boy Josh heard some good comments from the people in the stands. Although I know the annoucer wasn't liking our trucks, he did make a comment on that Rock Falls was happy that we were there, he is a car only type of guy. Oh well, we did good.

Congrats to the guys that won trophies, hope next year year we can get together and do this again. Just maybe I will have an auto in, a P-pump on and my twin turbos, see what happens. :-laf
