o. k base stock only accounts for a percentage of the whole product, there are many additives involved, there oil as a whole is not 100% pure synthetic----amsoil is.

Please don't trouble me with your Amsoil marketing hype. I really don't have the time or interest to play these games.

not trying to trouble you, i just have not seen evidence that mobile is 100%, if you can provide that info (chemicle make up ) then i will belive you, untill then it will be amsoil vs whoever for ever. thanks

I gave you the information for both the Mobil 1 Tri-Synthetic and Delvac formulations straight from the horse's mouth in post #10 - I don't know what more you want.



If you choose to run Amsoil, that's fine and totally your business. What bothers me is when any vendor tries to trash a competitor's product with inaccurate information. For your information, I have no axe to grind here - I don't even use Mobil 1 in my truck, nor do I use Amsoil.
