Anybody running this combination? I should have my CP3 here in the next week or so. I've already upped the motor speed on the AirDog, but wondering about pressure. I've read where the standard AirDog flows more then the FASS 95. But with everyone going to the FASS 200 to feed their modded CP3's, It'll be interesting to see how the AirDog holds up. We're planning on playing with the springs to up the pressure a bit if needed, but won't know for sure until the CP3 is in there. Anybody know?

How did you speed the motor up? I'm running that combo, stage 2 cp3, spring shimmed on the AD to 22 psi @ idle, it never drops below 20 psi at wot, I am going through the stock canister after the air dog then to the cp3.

I put in a their higher rpm motor. Guess it's called the hp. I'm not going through the stock canister. What all do you have done to your truck. Just trying to compare to what I have now and what I'll have when done. A 2 psi drop at WOT is good news to me with a stage 2 coming. How'd you shim it up to get to 22psi? My whole set-up is their standard system, except for the motor and I can't get it to drop from the 19psi it constantly runs. Think it'll even be worth shimming to 22?

Did you just call them and order the motor, can it be changed with the pump on the truck, how many $$$$? Where the bypass line goes into the pump there is a fitting that you take out and there is a spring and check ball, place a thin shim between the spring and fitting, I'm guessing . 015, to raise it 5 psi, I tried 2 and it pegged my 30 psi gauge so I went with one. Not sure I would fool with it till I seen how it would run. I shimmed mine cause my fuel pressure had been getting eratic but the problem was the antifreeze in the fp gauge isolator had gotten low after about a year and a half.

I have a friend that use to work there when they were developing it. He actually has a spring he's going to send me that raises to 25psi so no need to shim. He said he'd send you one if you'd like. Pump did have to come off my truck to change the motor. I'll PM his name/number. Everybody seems to think we have to run a 200gph FASS to feed these modded CP3. Interesting to see a 85gph AirDog do the same. What all do you have done? I'd like to compare. Look for a pm.

200 is not nessisary, i have a modded 150 it can put out 55psi, we have a high psi kit that does it. and you can go from 25 ish to 55 with the flip of a wrist. Oo.

I got my modded CP3 in and never did do anything with the AirDog pressure. I had a 0 (zero) drop in psi at WOT, both on the dyno or street. We even pinched off the return line to the AirDog and that pinned the needle on my gauge well past the 35 psi it said. I had no increase in hp at all by raising the pressure. Nothing. Just proves you don't need a kit to make more pressure. You need a pump that pump efficiently.

We are going to the test stage of the Modded Rail Mild & wild . Mild is a re-machine stock Unit, wild is a complete new Rail. Wild is about a few month's out ,mild is here and need testing only. so pressure to the CP3 will not be necessary ONLY volume and minimal pressure, the new rail will not try up when under low RPM's. The area that concerns me the most is safety. the injection system is under incredible pressure and of course you will have to remove your rail,So the installation and removal will have a check sheet to make sure absolutely that EVERY set is followed.

Mild will work with a stock CP3,install a upgraded fuel/injection/intake system incredible amounts line time will be saved.
