2nd Gen. in or near Torrance, CA

well we have got a few done and we will finish testing and then they will be ready. give me a week or two and all should be ready, plus i have a few other goodies to release as well Oo. thanks

well we are soon to launch the modded valves along with many other products that have been on the bench. the valves will be new and will have a bust rate of 30,000psi +/- . 5-1k this should be the ticket to those of you who want the best power and protection.

i found and used the german lug bolt, i drive my truck very hard as an undercover police truck, i mean rappin out the rpm's and hi speed for a good while, at WOT the fuel psi drops from 20 to 10. but i have inspected the setup every 30 days and found no problems or wear on the bolt since the bolt actually holds down the relief valve. BTW i use the edge on setting 2 for 8 months and hav ehad no starting issues or over pressure ck. engine lights... . besides if you dont like it it goens back to stock set up in 2 minutes... ... . just re-install the banjo bolt... .

Been over a month since last report, any progress?

they have been ready for a while but wade is no longer a member of tdr, so thats why there was no update. wade resently found he had a cracked injector body and was really upset about it, but he was running over 35kpsi too with the rail capped. so the new modded relief valves will be on his truck and our customers from now on unless they are running 26k or less pressure and want a rail cap. as for the valve i would call if you want one. thanks

So...

is there anyone on this thread, other than NGM related people, actually now running this modded relief valve that can post real-life operating results?

do you mean employees or customers? there are several customers on this site that should chime in on this. other than that all i can say is that the RP guage will hold 27000 and wont drop with the valve in place, no matter what the pressure box is set on. hope this helps
