What is the procedure for selecting moderators?

Basically, you need to volunteer for it by sending me an email at -- email address removed -- or a pm. I keep a list of people who have volunteered. I then look over that list when a new moderator is needed and look at your past posts, etc. Then I make a recommendation and go over it with the other moderators and Robin. Once someone is picked out then I email the individual with the requirements of the job and ask whether they are interested. I will be looking for a couple new moderators in the next few weeks - so if you are interested let me know.
