Man. I am sitting here in a state of shock. Its like all of this just came real now, within the last hour or so. I am shaking like a leaf. I cant get the "what ifs" out of my head. They keep saying the airlines are done, belly up by the end of the year, every one of them. The Asian markets took a dive, all the money people from Wall St say its lights out not only for airliners, but for the majority of America finacialy. Theres talk of using nuclear missles as a last resort according to the news. I keep getting paranoid thoughts of little cesna crop duster spraying anthrax over us, trains getting blown up, subways gassed with chemicals What the f***! For the first time in a long time I feel worried and unsafe in my own home. I just want to go into the woods and hide with a gun and knife in some hole. Time for about 5 tylenol PM's to sooth the mind so I can sleep.

On Monday, the sun will rise, the alarm clocks will go off, we'll all go to work, to school, or whatever it is we have to do. In the evening, the sun will set, it will get dark, and we'll go to bed.



The birds will sing, the dogs will bark and the wind will blow.

The water will flow down the rivers and fish will swim upstream.



YOu and I and everyone else just have to do what we have to do. If everyone else does, I don't give a rat's behind what the Asian stock market does, and I don't really care about what ours does. Since when did you and I get so weak as to let something like this scare us off?



You ought to be so dang PO'd that there's no way in bloody **** you are going let them run your life, make you lose sleep or fall back in retreat.



Don't you even DREAM of talking your neighbors down, or spreading fear. WE are bigger, stronger, more resilient, wealthier and more determined that some two-bit gang of SOB's who are so cowardly thier only way to strike at us is to take out high rises with airliners... who's only defense is secretaries with sharp pencils...



Sheesh, by now our collective blood should be so boiling we shouldn't even FLINCH over a few bucks in teh stock market... and I have an idea that most of those people are mad as heck, as well, and we're going to see it go UP not down... The ol' middle finger to those slimey SOB's who think they can beat US...



But as for all of us, if anyone here even dreams of peaching any more fear or panic... I'm ready willing and able to use my delete ability or perhaps my sometimes capable verbal capacity to SET YOU STRAIGHT. This is a war of nerves, my friend, and I am NOT UNARMED!!!

The Bears will probably be out in full force on Wall Street tomorrow, but the Bulls will be hard charging not far behind. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 500-600 point dump maybe more, but even that is nothing compared to the huge dump back in '87. Tuesday or Wednesday will be a better indicator. Just hang tight, keep your powder dry, and stay the course. We will be A. O. K! If not, you're fully welcome to come here and stay. Just be sure to bring all your hardware and ammo, a tractor & implements if you have one and fuel! I've got plenty of dehydrated and vacuum sealed food, seeds, and 1000 gals of prepared drinking water stored below ground in food grade plastic barrels, and enough potable ground water to flood half the state.







It was Roosevelt (not that I consider him to be the perfect leader)who said, "We have nothing to fear but fear itself!" or something along that line. Course it never hurts to be prepared. If enough folks lose their nerve, it could be a self-fulfilling prophecy.

What me worry?

It is going to be a fine day,the sun will come up and us the living will be on with our miniscule lives. It is not the end of the world,it may go down in the history books(as what I don't know). However I do think that the stock market will go up and that we are going to get a clearer look at our enemy(if that is possible). By the end of the week we will have some paybacks.



Be ready folks,be prepared,be observant,be considerant,and most of all be hopeful. This is going to be a long,long road,let us walk it with determination and fortitude.....

We will survive this,No PROBLEM.



War is always a unknown factor,we are all scared. As long as we don't freeze up we will be fine. It is not time to retreat it is time to charge!

World War II we went on rations, food,fuel most everything. I can do it again willingly it necessaryl! We need to go on with the business of continuing to make our country strong and shore up where we are weak. God still takes care of the animals and they do not have money. Yep, alarm went off, everything is as "normal" as to be expected. A slight moment of psychological weakness thanks to the TV. Got a shotgun, rifle and a 4 wheel drive... . you know the rest. Going out to get a new garage door, some lights, and might even get a lift for the barn... F*** em!

Well, life isn't entirely normal - His Majesty Osama (Prince of Darkness) has caused us to put aside our petty differences, lend a helping hand, and remember we are all Americans.
