So who watched Monster garage last night on Discovery Channel?
It wasn't too bad, there wasn't much use for the vehicles once they were finished, but it was fun to watch a bunch of gear heads and fabricators turn an everyday machine into a monster machine... . for those of you who don't know what it is...
Monster garage is a new show sorta like junk yard wars, hosted by Jesse James (custom chopper builder, direct decendent of Jesse James) who builds totally awesome custom choppers from scratch... the idea is to take a vehicle, $3k, and 7 days to convert the vehicle into something else, i. e. last night they turned a Ford Exploder into a trash truck with a a roof that lifted, hydraulic arm that grabbed the trash can and a hopper that compacted the trash, and they turned a limo into an operational fire truck with a water cannon and two external hoses, etc... .
like I said, once they were complete, the vehicles were not much good for much other than a custom freak mobile, but it was fun to watch 'em work... .
