Off Roading SNAP goes the tow strap... (video)

More fuel and power will be great if reliable.

RPM's??? What kind of RPM's are we talking here?

C'mon guys! New day, new bone!!!

For what it's worth, Scheid built some (3?) experimental VP's a couple years ago. A friend has one on his truck and the sound is REALLY wierd, like it's on timing steroids at idle. He sled pulls but it never seemed to do much better than a HRVP.

Godspeed,
Trent

lloyd... how do you know so much about this VP44 thing?

maybe its that NGM shop thats doing this R&D and making all the latest break throughs in power!!! DOH!

What kind of price range, 1000-1500, 1500-2000, 2000-2500, or more

I want a pm on price and availability. I plan on going to bowlingreen

stage 1 $1900
stage 2 $2500
stage 3 starts at $3k but they havent started making them yet so the price may change

this is the info i'm getting from various message boards where it is discussed.

stage 1 supposed will do 700 which is better than a HRVP44

stage 2 requires a very large injector combo, for the 800-900 range

stage 3 is the mack daddy that is supposed to get close to or over 1000hp, but its for competition/race trucks only

this is on DTR, CompDiesel, and DieselRam forums

Im suposed to go see a truck at a test & tune pull Sat. that has a stage 3 on it. Its still in R&D, and the trucks running it every day on the street for test purposes.
