I tried searching the part number but it seams to be discontinued, but I'm sure you already knew that. They appear to be seat belt extenders? I just use the standard seat belts for the car seats. Seams to work fine but can be a pain to buckle. It appears these extenders may do the same thing.

Thanks. I should have been more clear with my question. If been provided a correction. It appears what we are seeking is some way to also attach a booster seat to a shoulder anchor or something similar. Further, has anyone installed or switched out a lap belt for a three point shoulder harness for the middle of a 2nd gen (94-97) club cab rear bench seat.

  • I don't believe there's anywhere the fasten the should point without cutting away some of the backrest. I have a 2 and 4 year old (yes I'm too old) and I put the 2 year old in the car seat in the middle and the 4 year old in the booster behind the passenger seat with the shoulder strap. I see no issue. I grew up in those flip-down jump seats in my father's 79 Dodge Power Wagon 200. And that's when I wasn't rolling around the bed.

I would hazard a guess that any belt anchored to the cab back wall would need significant reinforcement so it didn't just rip out if it got "used." Then again I didn't have a hose and made do with the tap...
