What are the normal temperature limits that you would use this cover? What is too warm to use it? Here is Colorado it can be -10 one day and +50 the next this time of year.

I was just in Durango two weeks ago and used my winter front on days that it was below 35. I used it primarily when driving short distances in town where RPM is low and engine takes longer to warm up. It's great to have heat within 5 minutes. One of the days I was driving on open state route and found that temps above 40 was too hot for a winter front. You'll know when to take it off when the fan cycles on and off frequently. Also keep an eye on the temp guage and make sure it doesn't read higher than normal. The main indicator is the frequent cycling of the fan going on and off. I personally would only use it in temps below 35.

Help!!!

I just got mine and tried to install it. Got everything on the upper 2/3rds attached, but I can't find anywhere to attach the lower three hooks. Does anyone have an answer. The instructions are pretty vague being only pictures. Thanks

LHolland, You know I couldn't find the obvious place either, so I pulled the cover taught and take the hooks and pull them under the intercooler to the very small lip on the back side of the intercooler. The hooks have to twist also. Doesn't make much sense but that's how it worked for me. Brad

Was that with all 4 flaps open?

LHolland, I just picked one of those up today and put it on. The lower three hooks slid right into three holes in the back of the bumper on mine. Anyone know what the rule of thumb is for how many flaps to run open? A friend of mine told me that I wouldn't want to run it ALL closed up at all? Is this true?

According to the 2 Dodge dealerships here in Anchorage... the Mopar fronts are on national backorder. Just incase anyone is wondering. And I really need one, but shame on me for waiting so long. :{
