Mopar fog lamp installation help needed

I have been wrestling with installing my mopar fog lights for the better part of a day. I thought I had it done but when I went to test them nothing happened Has anyone out there put themselves through this nightmare ? I have looked through the archives but have found nothing. Who ever wrote the instructions must never have done the job because their is quite a bit more left out than was written down. So if you can advise me on how to go about trouble shooting them I'd sure appreciate it. One thing that has been bothering me is that there are two relays in the PDC for fog lights Also when I installed the switch assembly I found a wiring connection and harness exactly like the one I was running already back there. I know there were never any fog lights on the truck and assume that the wiring that I found was just installed at the factory on all trucks whether they had fog lights or not. But if this is the case then why do they include it in the kit? Could I have the wrong kit???

I thought I was going to bed and work on it in the morning but I couldn't sleep with my baby all tore apart. I went at it with a voltage meter and tracked down my problem. I was supposed to tie into a red/grey wire in a 74 wire junction box under the clutch pedal but got the wrong wire. The red/tan wire is almost identical. But when it wasn't making sense with the meter I started digging through the bundle again and found the other wire. What a tedious pretzel boy job that was. I sure do appreciate the offer to call.
