mopar mud flaps and fender flares

I am wanting to put a set of fender flares on my truck. I have the factory mopar mud flaps on it already. . Can the mud flaps still be used with fender flares or do they require some modification to fit? What brand of flares fit the best? I kinda' like the ATS. Can you buy them already painted to match? Thanks for any help.

I removed my bushwacker flairs and now have to paint all four corners due to wear. I went back to a stock wheel back spacing, the truck turns easier and seems to ride better.
