Does anyone know if the filter head for the Baldwin BF1212 fits on the bracket that comes with the Mopar Severe Duty Fuel Filtration Kit?

Mopar changed from a base that would work to a proprietary base which really limits the replacement choices. I purchased a Fleetguard base the came with the right threads which allowed modification of the kit so I could use common filters. I did a writeup a while back and included instructions how to do it all. I think it was in 2015.
