Mopar Towing Mirrors

Hello all.



Does anyone know if the Mopar towing mirrors fold inward in a manner similar to the stock mirrors?



My wife's LHS takes up so damned much room in the garage that if I installed these, I would most certainly have to fold the driver's side in when entering the garage.

yes they do fold inward.

I love the towing mirrors 2 years of towing and very happy with the quality

I wouldn't be without them. For what it's worth, In the normal position, the mirrors are about 8'4" edge to edge. Folded out, they are about 9' even.

I have them and like them a lot. The word is that they're going to come out with a power/heated version of them soon. One TDR member says he has them already. If so, I'd wait - the power feature would be great to have for adjusting after flipping up or back down.

The way that I read the 2002 Dodge Accessories from Mopar brochure the manual towing mirrors are available for all Rams but power towing mirrors are only available for the 2002 Ram 1500.



Perhaps the power mirrors will only fit the new sheet metal.

Guys, I hate to tell you this, but the heated & elect. mirrors will be available for the 2002 1500's and 2003 2500 & 3500 only, like Thomas said, due to the sheet metal. I was told this by a DC rep. at the National RV show in Louisville last week. That makes mine pretty valuable, but there not for sale!!!!
