I have an ongoing problem with a dealership in Oregon that called D/C to void my warranty because of "Extensive Modification--Check signature) when I drove into their facility to check my turbo boost hose connections and they checked and found I only had 9 PSI on the lift pump. (I was getting heavy black exhaust, low boost, high EGT and a loss of some power. )

I don't understand how they could associate my problem with the lift pump, so I assume they check everyone that comes in. To make this story a little shorter than previous posts, my question is: since there was a bulletin # 878 stating the replacement of the limft pump on certain vehicles with certain numbers and character in the VIN of which mine fit into, be replaced under warranty, and I took delivery of the vehicle directly from the dealer and drove it stock up until it appeared it was not going to do a very good job of towing and hauling for me.

After a year I added the modifications listed in my signature. Now the dealership tells D/C I have all the modification which prompts D/C to void my warranty.

Since I took delivery of a vehicle that D/C knew had a problem with lift pumps after it left the factory, and prior to my adding the mods. Should this warranty still be honored regardless of the modifications?

Sounds like you should change your small claims suit to a class action. You could probably get a lot of input from 100's of people that have had the same problem with DC.
