Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) more power captain

loking for some upgrades on my 97 3/4 ton. allready have exhaust, cold air and star wheel up . what would be my next best step ,new injecters or new plate?

You could buy injectors and grind your own plate...

A 3KGSK would make you happy as would a different plate. Even just sliding the stock plate will give you a boost. You can add a lot before you need to spend the bucks on injectors. Got gauges?

I don't think I would grind the only plate I have. You can slide the stock plate forward and upgrade the injectors first.

What transmission do you have? That will have a lot to do with the options you have for upgrading.

Don't do much without getting an EGT gauge installed.

If your EGTs stay low- you need more fuel. If you can't control EGTs- you need more air.
