Most miles on a 48RE

Please post the most miles that you have put on your OWN 48RE, not what you have heard. If you have had any rebuilds/problems please state them also. If you have had any issues please state the modifications on your truck if any. Thanks and merry Christmas.

34k on mine and my torque converter is slipping. List of mods are down in my sig. Going to upgrade the whole transmission so it's bullet proof. I CAN'T WAIT Oo.

54K on mine. Some light towing (21ft fiberglass ski boat, 2 horse bumper pull with tack room), but mostly commuting miles. No problems with the transmission so far.

13,600 miles and about 9 months old. Light towing (usually under 5k) but mostly commute in heavy traffic. So far so good.

17,500 trouble free miles on mine which includes towing my fifth wheel. I would say my fifth wheel is in the 9-10,000lb range and of those 17,500 miles about 2,000 is towing.
