I have 2 trucks with over 200,000 miles on. Both have had injector problems, one at 190,000 the other at 260,000. one truck has had a new CP3 pump and 2 injectors replaced in 220,000 miles it has been in service 16 months. The other truck had all 6 injectors leaking and replaced at 260,000. This truck now has no compression on #4 cylinder and are in the process of tearing it down. It now has 279,000 miles on it in 18 months. I suspect the pressure boxes to trick the ECM are shorting the fuel pressure components due to keeping rail pressures at the upper limit longer. I one other truck I am servicing it is stock and no problems at 80,000 in 18 months
