Have a 94, entirely stock motor, short of K+N filter with 177K. At about 1150 rpm in neutral, a miss can be heard and the whole truck will start to shake. It will clear up then until about 2200 or so and again a cylinder sounds dead and alot of white smoke at this point. As far as I know, valves may have never been adjusted. In my opinion, time to check the valves, injectors and maybe bump the timing. If everything checks out is 15. 5 a good home for the timing?? If injectors are needed, I feel 215's are calling my name? Have an auto that pulls 15K on occossion and would like it to last. No gauges as of yet either. Are 215's, 15. 5 timing, and no gauges asking for Trouble? Thanks

15. 5 is good for the timing. 215 are good injector depending on what you want to do with your truck. i would put gauges in before i did anything else. it is asking for trouble if you dont have gauges when you tow even a stock. i would do something with the stock trans they dont like alot of power.
