I am gettng a vibration, more of a drone at highway speeds that settles in as a vibration at low rpm under load. I am convinced this is motor mount related. 16 years old and I believe they were stressed somehow when the shop did my transmission/ torque converter work recently. I have searched and just watched but nothng comes up that says how to do it.

Can the engine just be jacked up a bit to get them out or is something more drastic needed. Hope someone has done this. Also if you know a good source for the mounts I would be glad to know about that.

Don't over look the harmonic balancer. They have a rubber bushing and will wear out.
Also a slightly bent drive shaft will do the same.
Vibration problems are sometimes difficult to find. They will cause other components to wear out faster.
I hate vibration.
