I'll be moving to Houston, TX in three weeks. My D250 needs quite a bit of work, so we decided not to take it with us. Should I bother with doing any of the repairs, or sell it as-is? It needs a master cylinder, upper control arm, and the PCM is bad (I wired up an external regulator). What do you guys think? Is it worth the time to fix these things? (I don't have much time left... )

The more driveable it is the better. If it won't stop, or can't be driven because of the control arm, it won't bring nearly as much money as a driver. It would also depend on the market in your area. If the difference in fixing or not is only $500 or $600 I probably wouldn't fix it.
