Moving to Idaho, Need Builder

We will be uprooting from No. Cal. and moving to Idaho Falls within the next few months. Our plan at this point is to buy a piece of property and have a house built on it. Anyone in the Idaho Falls area know of a reputable builder you would recommend to a fellow TDR Member? We have never worked with a builder before so this is all new to us. Also, any other input or areas of concern we should be aware of when working with a builder, would be appreciated.

this guy's name is Barrett and he is a licensed architect and builder in Jerome ID, just a couple of hours away from Post Falls.



I have not done any business with him, from his posts on that board, he sounds like a first class guy, I will see if I can get an email addy for you.
