MP3 Into $$$ Nav Radio

Anybody know how I can alter the radio to accept MP3 input?

When I bought my truck I wondered the same thing. I took it down to a stereo installation shop and they put the adapter in for me. Cost a few $$$ but it worked. I read on another thread that you can get it on ebay and it plugs into the rear entertainment system plugs.
Kind of a moot issue though, I found its easier to record the mp3s on 6 discs and play them thru the stock system
