mp8 and 06 stock auto good idea?

i didnt want to do a box until i did some transmission upgrades but i cannont sell the mp8 i had off of my old truck. so i am thinking about sending it in and having programed for an 06 (it is calling me to put it on the truck everytime i lay eyes on it ). Will my stock 48re be in harms way with just the mp8 on it, are has anyone seen problems in the fuel system caused from just the mp8? Thanks for any input

i know yall say the auto transmission will hold the 60hp program on the smarty but the mp8 doesnt fuel that hard on the low end? right? are just get rid of it all its gonna do is create problems for me?
