MPC grille guard and tool tray question

I just installed the MPC grille guard and tool tray from Geno's. The instructions say to put four or five quarter size dots of RTV silicone on top of the intercooler to absorb vibrations and to use red thread lock on the screws which I did. Now I want to order a Kilby condenser guard. My question is will the MPC grille guard and tool tray interfere with the condenser guard instalation.



Never mind I just saw the note in their catalog saying they will work together
