Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) MPG went down ??

I got a second lift pump put in yesterday and my gas mileage went down? Is this normal? It is the same pump as the stock one. At idle it reads 28psi and only goes to 25psi on cruise and 19psi full throttle. It is not a big decrease but it wanted to know if it was normal.

WOW! You get 28 lb at idle with a stock lift pump? Mine only gives me about 13.

I am sorry if I wasn't clear, I have two lift pumps going at once. One in the original spot and one in the back.

Not sure what you mean by gas mileage going down, but your decrease in fuel pressure is normal with a pusher from my experience.
