First, welcome to the TDR. It will be interesting to see if anyone has experience with this product. Personally, I would run the other way. I think you could do a lot better with any number of aftermarket electronic fuel or timing devices. I have the Edge Comp and am happy with it. If fuel economy is what you are interested in, then check out the Smarty. I think it has one (maybe more) fuel saving settings. I think it is cheaper too.

I have not put any performance enhancing products on my truck YET. However, this one sounds like a pretty good deal. I have plenty of time and would also like to hear from anyone else that might have installed this product on their truck. I must admit that I was not crazy about having to put extra gages on my truck with the other products. It seems that exhaust gas temps are really important with the other products.

Ok guys I'm new around here but I've heard some about the smarty tuner. But where is a good place to get information on it and even any where I could get one I can't find anything good on the net.

I would stay away from the workhorse modules. Go with a trusted brand, the Workhorse is not worth the money.

Thanks for the info, I had doubts about the workhorse, it's obvious that if no one @tdr has had any experience with it, it must be another one of those internet scams. I'm thinking about getting a box for towing but alot of what i've read and looked at aren't available for 06ctd. maybe in a few more months more will be available

The Superchips new downloader works very well and has a tow/economy setting. Also there is the Quadzilla XZT that is made for economy and has a very small price tag.
