I purchased the silicone hose kit from Mr BOB about a week ago and started the install today. I was kind of hesitant being I've installed another brand before and had a hell of a time(excellent product tho). I got all four boost hoses on in about a half an hour, WOW, what an excellent fit! Still have eleven more hoses to go, that will be another day. If anyones thinking of changing their hoses, check these out-www.mrbobsdistributing.com.

I am not a dealer or related in any way to this product, just a satisfied customer.

Pics on the website look great, would like to do it myself.

But I wonder about the longevity. Does anyone have substantial mileage using these hoses??

OK, I just finished installing the rest of the kit. Pretty easy except for one MF behind the turbo, not much room for hands. The overall fit is terrific, no trimming at all. This is a fairly new product for public purchase, but ATS has had a set on one of their trucks for quite some time and have had no problems.

I dont have MR Bobs as I didnt find out about them until after I had already got into a gorup purchase on the SPA silcone hoses.

The question of longevity: Silicone hoses are supposed to be the cats meow for hoses with a substantially longer life than regular ones. If the construction of Mr Bobs is the same or similar to the SPA hoses they are very heavy duty and no comparsion to the stock ones.

I was the one who helped SPA do the first silly hoses for our Dodges and I have put about 25K milies on my set with not one single problem. I think they are a great upgrade and will have a very long life, besides they look really good.

3rd gen guys, I just got off the phone with Mr Bob. He said the tooling for the 3rd gen kit is being made right now. He's expecting them to be ready in about 2 months.

honestly, I never had any trouble in 125000 with stock hoses untill I boosted things up, then I popped a turbo boot, but Mr Bobs id a great product, he knows his stuff. Blue hoses just plain look cool under the hood. Worth it all day long. By all accounts its the last time Ill ever deal with hoses, and the new clamps are very HD. My beast is worth it.
