Just recieved my air filter from Mr. Bob. I can't say enough good things about it, I can really here the turbo spool-up and my egts have dropped around 50 - 100 degrees lower than with the bhaf!!!!

I also just installed my new aFe from Mr. Bobs. What a difference! I had the stock box with a K&N filter before the switch... . the aFe makes a completely different truck out of a simple swap. I have a question though. Should I leave the plastic-through-the-fender-snorkel-thing installed or pull it out? I guess it should make no difference. Love that turbo sound!

I pulled mine out. The aFe system is AWESOME! Look for an article comparing it to other systems in the upcoming TDR magazine. If you REALLY want to hear that turbo whistle/whine take out your turbo silencer ring. 4" turbo back exhaust with-in the next two weeks..... I can't wait to hear what it will sound like then. :--)
