Does anyone know how this stuff works? I bought it because we have hard water and when I wash the trucks, the windows and paint get water spotted and etched. I tried this stuff and it's amazing. I don't have the dispenser so I pour some of the soap in a bucket and fill it up with water then I pressure rinse the trucks and then wash with a wash mit and then pressure rinse again. The water sheets off just like it's supoosed to, no spots! But it seems like my wash mit is getting kinda "gummed up" and there is a sticky film in the bottome of the bucket. It's no biggie, just wondering.

My neighbor habitually (worse than I) washes his vehicles. It's cause he rents the house. So anyway, he's washing with this Mr. Clean thing. He told me it works very well for the first two or three washes. Afterwards, it leaves spots.

I'm apt to give it a try, but sounds like I'll be right back to using the elbow grease again.

He probably needs to change the filter element. I've been using it on my truck with no problems.

I've heard that it strips off the wax. Can't remember who told me that. But that could be why it spots the vehicle after a few washes.
