I get a kick out of the folks that really make a statement with their trucks. Those mud flaps certainly do stand out and look top quality.

I've been on a different track and have removed badging. I recently took off everything but the C badges on the front fenders. When I added mudflaps, they were the simple HD black rubber ones available at the dealer. It does have a ram's head molded into the rubber, but nothing "makes a statement". The dually mud flaps were $35 list price and I got $5 off since I bought the truck from that dealer. Functionally, they are fine and fit well. I too do not like the molded flaps as they look like something that should be on a car, not a dually.

I just put on a rear set that look just like the Duraflaps. They are made locally in Wenatchee, WA. About 10 bucks a pair cheaper than Les Schwab quoted me for the duraflaps. I put the Dodge heavy duty flat (rubber with rams head logo at the bottom) ones on the front - not sure if I'll upgrade those later.

How well are the Dura-flaps working? I had the OEM rubber flaps on my black Dodge and they worked... but not nearly as well as I had hoped.

I have the full set with the Stainless Steel weights. So far no problems to report. I'm really happy with them. They work great in the rain, mud and dirt. I pull a 5th wheel and need all the protection I can get towing down a dirt road. Expensive yes, but cheaper than a paint job. :)

I need to make up a set for the back of my dually, ripped one of them off driving up over them, for the umpteenth time. Cracked the fender slightly also this time around #@$%! !! If I remember, I 'll take a pic of what I made up on the front , similar to Erics flaps, to combat some harsh off road conditions I encountered back in the southeast a few years back, work great !! Need protection for some of the pricey cars that I haul on my trailers, don't feel like buying a windshield for someone elses ride !

Most of my dammage happens under the front doors and the leading edge of the dulley fender. I'd like to prevent trailer dammage and stuff on the trailer as well.

... ... . my Dura's should be here shortly.
