The Huskies and I am pretty sure the Dodge molded flaps use three mounting screws. Two of them line up with the wheel well holes. You have to drill one hole inside the fender edge.

Some mentioned the mudflap wore away some paint where the flap contacted the paint and it was suggested to use some 3M product a clear film to first place on the paint before installing mudflaps. Cabela's has a clear film site below.

Even though they show them on a 2nd gen body on their website they work for 3rd gens as well. They are longer than the oem molded ones I had on my '02 and they have a nice lookin' mirrored stainless weight on the bottom.
