Yup! Only 3. 73 and 4. 10... the 3. 55 is available in the 1500.

I just ordered a 3500 QC SWB 4x4 HO 48RE. I had oringinally ordered the 2500 but it only has a 2100lb payload. The 3500 has just a little over 3000lb payload. When I switched to the 3500 I tried to delete the cab lights. No such luck. I also tried to order the larimie package without leather and that too wouldn't work.



I have to agree with you Dave Smith is the only way to go out west. They're saving me a bundle.

I was wanting the 3500 with the HO & 6-speed, but no go for

bringing it to Calif. Really makes me mad. But I'm very pleased with my truck with standard out & 5-speed. Coming home last weekend I averaged 19. 3 mpg and I was varieing the speed as Dave Smith recommended. But getting back to the 3500, I didn't want the clearance lights either. So I ordered the 2500 Laramie. But when your truck comes in you will enjoy the buying experience at Dave Smith motors, because they are so friendly and helpful. My buddy at work ordered his 2003 Dodge Quadcab SLT 4x4 Cummins 10 days after mine and his is built and on a railcar.

I called this morning and my HO/48RE is on the way! It cleared customs in Laredo on the 19th and is headed to Tulsa via UPRR. ETA to Tulsa is the 27th. Sure is a slooooooow train.
