My 2004 lacks power my 99 had?

My 2004 sure does not have the power the 99 had. I am a little surprise. No use going to my dealer they don't know much about anything. They just stare at you. I kind of wish I would have kept my 99. It was a better truck all around. I guess live and learn. :{

What is the difference in the two trucks? transmission type? 4x4 vs 2wd. Was the 99 bombed?

There is now way the 99 had more. You are having a problem of some kind with the 04 so take it in and get it looked at.

My 99 would not touch the 05 in stock trim. After the comp ,injectors,transmission upgrades etc the 99 makes the 05 look sick.

My friend still has the '99 that I sold her when I bought my '03 ... ... ... ... . both are quad cab duallies. I still like that ole truck, but she can't hold a candle to the wind

NOISE is not power, I think you may be mistaking noise for power. Like all others mentioned above, there is NO WAY your 3G has less power, Get it checked out. Also - put in a signature so we know all the particulars of what you drive.
