I have been searching on the forums, and have not found or do not understand(<--most likely) if I have the correct injectors for the engine build.
The injectors are ATS stage 1 50hp. The guy I know at ATS told me they were just the marine injectors. SO, if I understand correctly they are the 370s that I see mentioned as being hot and smokey from incorrect spray pattern?
The rebuild is:
Big valve head with 60 lb valve springs
Colt stage 3 cam ground for lower egts
Cyl. bored . 020
ARP head studs (12mm)
#10 fuel plate
Looking to do the Pacbrake GSK 4k. Done.
The NV4500 has been rebuilt with the extras
Southbend 13125-OFEK
The pickup will be used mostly as DD with a lot of light towing with some heavier loads once in a while. I will not be at the track or doing sled pulls.
I want a reliable engine that will be able to pull the trailers up the mountains where I live without having the egts go skyrocketing or doing 25 miles an hour.
Any comments on which turbo I should look at or will the HX35 work, will help my confusion lessen also.
