Sometimes my break lights stay on when i get out of the truck...so i have to grab the peddle and pull back on it like 8th of and inch..seems like there is not enough pressure or tension on it to return it back all the way to turn the lights off...What could be the cause of this..break booster? and even when i drive, the break lights stay on because i was told driving down the road..so i sometimes pull back the peddle with my foot to make sure the peddle is all the way back..has been dong this for quite a while now...thanks for any suggestions Andre...

And also it seems like yesterday my ABS activated while i was slowing down around 5mph.. for a few times, then it never did it again..I was never driving fast or applying the breaks on aggressively..

My 06 has done that before and I went under the dash and just slightly bent the bracket for the brake light switch and haven't had a problem since. The bracket is kinda light and I have a Jordan electric brake actuator and It pulls on it and I think it just slowly bends.

Next time this happens try opening the power steering pump reservoir. If the lights go out you need to modify the cap to vent properly. There is a thread on that subject.

seems like i have a little bit of seepage on the inside of the cab where the shaft and boot are...so that might be the problem..so is that the brake booster?? thanks

I've had this problem at really high altitude when towing. Found a similar thread to this. Moved on. I did not have a leak. Since it happened one time only not going to worry about it.
