Yeah, I know,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,most guys wouldn't complain.  (But I'm talking about the truck)

I been meaning to ask if anyone else has noticed their auto trans dipstick does not stay down after pushing it all the way in. Mine pops back up about a half inch. When I check the level, I always push it in until it bottoms out, pull it out and read the level. Anyone got any ideas.

yes it is a problem

you can either purchase a mag pan or just trim a 1/4" off the end of the dip stick.

I love my mag pan :)

BTW Dodge did muff up on the dipstick length

It is the vibration pushing the stick up,you can trim it all you want and it will still move up to where the seal catches the tube end.

THANKS GUYS ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Just another one of those Fun Facts the book don't tell ya about I guess. I would like to get a Mag pan anyway for towing.

Man,,,,, this place is great for info which is why I looked for, and found a loose clamp on the intercooler connection yesterday while doing an oil change. :D

Thanks again!
