After a couple of years of doing various things to my truck, I finally took it to a dyno for some tuning. Here is my setup: TST 03 twins program, a Bullydog Power Pup, Diesel Dynamics 100hp nozzles, stock cp3, and an MP8, that I'm not too sure is working right. My turbo is an HTT sled-puller 66 with a 12cm exhaust housing. I tow about 10000 lbs with this truck, occasionally. I also have a Helix 2 cam, and a walbro fuel pump with a perma-cool 2 micron filter after the stock canister. The Walbro is set at 18 lbs, and never dropped. My rail pressure gauge consistently read around 25000 at WOT on all of the runs, after it caught back up. There was a dip between 2200 and 2500 rpm, and I watched the rail pressure drop from around 10000 to about 5000, and then it took off. My EGT's would hit about 1300, until power dropped, when I had the TST settings too high. Then it would hit about 1500. On the highest HP runs, the EGT's stayed around 1200. My boost was running up to about 55 lbs on the good runs. I made 17 runs, including a couple with a Smarty. I didn't run the Power Pup in the tow mode, but I ran the truck without the Power pup at all for the first 5 runs. I would have liked to try a few more settings, but we were running out of time.

These are the smarty runs, on level 8, were 459/812 and 463/828. With the TST thrown in on level 3/2, the numbers were 558/978.
These numbers were all done with the SAE correction factor. Uncorrected, they were slightly higher, i. e. the 558/978 number would have been 571/1003. Air temp was 72*, humidity at 6%, and altitude was 650 ft.
When I first got the truck, my stock numbers were 259/474. When I added the power pup, which was my first mod, my numbers were 374/745, all else being stock.
I have also documented my mileage since I've owned the truck. I have 46000 miles now, and my average is just over 18, including my towing miles, (about 10000). My mileage dropped about 1 mpg with the addition of the turbo.
