My engine is slow to start!?

Hi all,

The last two times I've started my truck, I had doubts about it happening. I don't drive it daily and it sat about two weeks between starts. This has never happened before. When it did start, alot of smoke for a short time. This has happened since I pulled my trailer for a weekend. After I start it, it starts fine and on a half revolution. Is this signs of bad to come? HerbW

Hard starting

A couple of things to check, sounds like the overflow valve on the injector pump is week or it could also be the rubber fuel hose at the rear of the engine have developed pin holes and are letting in air when you are parked.
