I couldn't't believe this .....

Upgraded from a RAM 1500 to a RAM 2500 CTD - so it is really not that much bigger ..... I hit the wall @5mph in the parking garage, trying to make sure that my back doesn't hang out too much.

2 days later I backed into a tree stump ... .

:(

NOW IT'S A REAL TRUCK! Oo.

I will be very quiet here, but I have not hit anything ever since ... .

I just realized I jumped in here and didn't confess, I haven't dented mine but a fella backed into me with a Durango and dented my rear bumper. :{ at just 6 months new.

He bought me a replacement and I mounted it so his ins. wouldn't go up.

Now if it was a Chevy I might have turned it in!

The stick could work but would be a pain to use and if it slipped out:--)

Check this link even at 2 wheels its much safer than a park cable. They have 4 wheel kits but doubles the cost.

Thanks Matt. i'llbe checking this out closer when i get my new ride!

Ever load a 4-wheeler...

and not stop in time? Nuff said. thought I was gonna break down. Problem was, My buddy did the same thing 2 days before and I thought that was about the funniest thing you could do to a chebby. Needless to say... . wasn't nearly as funny as my week old Cummins.

I have to admit to walking long distances in parking lots to avoid dings, too. Got a bunch of rock chips before I put on the flaps. Then what really boils my blood is to find a footprint in the salt on the passenger door. Obviously a dreg of society that hasn't been taught proper respect for other peoples property. Too bad we can't use reactive armor on our trucks. Scuffed the paint, but I got it cleared up, with 3m scratch remover, but the ding still remains. Every time I see it, my trigger finger starts to twitch. I will go to one of the paintless dent removal guys and see if they can fix it.

2 weeks after delivery

Table saw rolled over edge when strap came loose. it held good enough to hold it against the side of the truck, though, when it left the bed. It's in the body shop now fixing the $1000 damage.

Thanks for all the great responses guys. I can see from a bunch of these that I don't have any room to complain. So, I'll be happy about my little dent because it could have been a heckofa lot worse;)

there goes the mirror

I had my truck about a month or so, came home from work one day had to park a little farther up the street by the neighbors house. The tree in front of their house, I am now very familiar with, happens to stick out over the curb. Our tree does not, as I was backing up my pass. side rearview mirror informed me of this. Lucky thing that they bend back some I just cracked the plastic housing. Any one have a pass. side mirror housing for sale?

Or a drivers side??? Wind blew a construction sign into the traffic lane and BAM! I did manage to glue it together since none of the broken parts were visible. It does vibrate some when driving but not bad enough for $234.
