Thats right what your looking at is the very first ever, TLS Turbo Systems twin setup. My buddy Sean and I did all the work on this and every piece is handmade. Sean's going to start building custom twin turbo setups using pretty much whatever two turbos that you want.

So here's what mine is.

Bottom turbo is a HT3B

On top is a HX 35 with a 12 cm exhaust housing.

I'm very happy with the results.

Here's some EGT #'s in the before/after format

35-40 in town 700/375

55-60 5th gear 850/500

80-90 (flying low not speeding!) 1100/650

The hottest I've been able to get it is 1075 PRE TURBO. That was on level 6 going up a hill. It would have buried the pyro before.

Fuel economy has also increased!!! (when I keep my foot out of it!)

I did 277 miles reletivly easy driving and only used 11. 5 gallons of fuel

Thats 24. 08 MPG for those of you that don't have a calculator handy.

The boost comes on so incredibly smooth that you don't get any lag sensation at all. It seems to be building boost right off idle.

The highest I've let it go is 52 psi and it wanted to do more!

I've still got my stock headgasket and I've put in ARP studs so I didn't want to risk blowing the gasket. My new Edge Juice w Attitude lets you set a max boost point where it will back it down so that you don't overboost. I've got that set at 45 psi right now and let me tell you, it's so dissapointing to be pulling real hard and feel the backdown kick in. I know that it want's to do more but I don't want to do a headgasket now!!

The smoke has cleaned up nicely also. It'll still roll nice and black on level 6 right when you take off, but after you shift to third it's pretty much gone.

The exhaust is also quieter now. When I accelerate, you pretty much don't hear anything but the whistle of the HT3B :D It's awesome!!

So, without further ado, here's a couple of pics!
