Yeah, I never got them to call me back. After speaking to Mark several months back he told me to get two local paint quotes and they'd issue me a check. I got him this info, then he fell off the face of the earth. Ironically I had them on my list of people to call today as I managed to dent in a rear quarter panel on my first accident in my 25 years of driving. I was in a construction zone and a worker was yelling at me in spanish pointing at me to back up. At the same time another worker inched up behind my quarter panel and I backed into him screwing up the quarter panel. So now the "worse side" of my peeled paint is going to be redone through my insurance company. Was thinking I could use that $1,400 to pay my deductible and use the leftover to repaint the other side at the same time.
Interesting they shut their doors. I know they got some new owners over the past handful of months.... guess they couldn't keep it together. The work they did was top notch, minus the paint issue. I'm a weldor and to pass my seal of approval on the fabrication side means something because I'm a perfectionist about things like that.
Looking at their FB page they stopped posting updates back in March. They used to post all their conversions on there within days of doing them. I'd say this is a further indication that they're gone:

Looks like this guy's an option. I remember Mark saying one of their guys left to start his own company. He claims he was the original sole fabricator for the first several years and as a result does the splice in the same spot (axle centerline) http://stretchmytruck.com/.
