My new M925A2 5-ton 6x6 project

I finally tracked down my missing engine parts! Me and 2 other guys went in on a 925A2 parts truck. I was able to get the IP/gear/washer/nut/supply line/return line, the injector lines, the front cover, the harmonic balancer, the oil pan, the radiator, front clip, dipstick, alternator, and some other general truck parts. I also tracked down a pallet of 6 90% tread 14. 00R20 Michelin XL radials for it. Now all I need is some time to put it all together! I am hoping to spend a day on it weekend after next. I will make sure to get a video of it running!!

I received another shipment of parts in the brown truck yesterday. It was the last of the really important stuff. I ordered everything from Clark Truck in WV. They sent me the fuel pump, crank seal, timing cover seal, turbo/downpipe clamp/gasket, engine fan, fan shroud, gauge panel, radiator support bracket, low air alarm, thermostat/seal, fuel tank sending unit, and a coolant tank cap. The weather looks good for this weekend. Maybe I'll have a few hours to bolt some parts on. Maybe... .

Alright! Another 939-series owner! Tell us about your truck. Is it a straight 923 with the NHC-250 Cummins and the 11. 00-20 NDT duals? Where are you located?

Update: Thanks to some help from my father-in-law, I finally got the injection pump mounted and timed as well as freshly mounted Michelin XL's. It looks great now that it is sitting back up on some good rubber. This weekend I am planning on getting the timing cover back on, hooking up the injector lines, running a new return line, bleeding the air out, and trying to get it running on #2 diesel. I will make sure to post some updated pics and get a video if it runs long enough!
