They look freaking awesome. Even on stock chrome clad 17" rims. WOW. I'll have pictures monday or tuesday once I get a hold of a digital camera.

Yep, feels more then the . 75" taller then my stock 265's.

I have about 50 miles on them now. So in time I hope will improve on things

Road noise, a little, but I suspect that will quite down in 1000 miles, or I'll just get used to it.

Handling leaves much to be desired. They are no where NEAR as good as my stock Michilens, even bald when it comes to the corners and lane changes. This truck, acts like a truck now. :( Prior to the Nitto's I would put the Dodge 2500 as the Corvette of the trucks in every aspect. (ford as the viper, quicker off the line, but over all SUCKS in every other aspect, Chevy would be a Pinto, heh. :) )

I read in some other threads that there were some stablizer bar tricks that could be done to help out a little? but I'm affraid it's just the D rating and taller side walls that I can't do anything about short of maybe running 70PSI. I may be forced to get an E rated toyo or something next winter. We'll see.

I'm currently running 66psi cold in all 4 corners.

2nd, 3rd, 4th gear accelerations are BETTER! yes, they FEEL better. My theory on this is straight up traction + more gear to create more useable boost, and apply more HP/TQ to the tires earlier on. Stockers would spin at 2000rpm in 2nd, not even touch 20psi. 3rd, they would break lose at 2500rpm. . Once I was in 4th, things were cool and I had traction. This would be primarly due to the bald tires. :)

Stopping is better. Reason, traction. I have yet to really stand on the breaks yet since the tires are still new.

Now, I think my plan for things is to keep these tires all winter. They should fair very well in snow. In the spring, I'll spring for some lighter, then stock rims. 18" in size, with a nice street tire wrapped around them. Something that has GOOD rain traction and dry that has the over all size of these 33's do. Bigger rim, less side wall. E rating, same 11. 5 inch width. So I'll have winter rim/tires and summer rim/tires.

I've been happy with mine, I run them on both my rigs. The 305's are E rated but I don't know if in 17 inch, that's a tricky rim size. I'm surprised there isn't more options for you guys out there.

Just put these on my truck and love them. Had Big O 275/75R/16's on before that went over 30,000 for me and had tread left, but picked up a stick in a sidewall and didn't want to run 1 oddball size. The Nitto's do work a lot better in soft sand here at Pismo beach OHV area. Freeway use I can't really see much difference, but I had to drive with the 1 oddball for a while. Got mine delivered for $162 a tire and local shop mount & balance for $10 a tire. Set of 4 mount and balance out the door for under $700 is hard to beat given load range E in a 305/70. I'm sure someone will prove me wrong on this though!

just put on the 305's and i love them. they are way firmer then the previous 285's and have more plys of rubber. as long as i can get a few miles out of them they will be the only tire back on my truck.

i am currenlty running 55psi in all four
