I pulled the trigger. It will be here friday and I can not wait. I will report back my results.

Just curious if anyone has run the SPS66 with the Power Pup. If so, on what program - Tow, Perf, CL ?

my edge box is only showing 36 psi with my newly installed sps 66... anyone know what the maximum boost level is shown on the attitude? Am I 14 psi light?

hasselbach, I have to wonder about the edge box/ tst box boost numbers everyone seems to read real low boost. On my sps66 I can hit 40lbs with the tst on 1,1 which is timing only no duration (measured with a SPA guage). With a good shot of fuel, say tst on 6,6 I can hit 50-55 no problem. If you can check your boost numbers with a stand alone guage, do so. The comparison might be interesting.

Yeah I think your 14 to 20 psi light.

What's the difference between the ps66 and the super ps66?

Rumor has it that the Slepuller66 is the same as the PhatShaft66 - Then the Super-PhatShaft66 is a step up in shaft size and back wheel...

Then again, that info is just that -- RUMOR

PATRIOT_Ram, what kind of temps do see with that fueling? I tried my TST at 9,9 (no other box) with the sps66 and saw 1700deg f. before I was doing 25mph

Scared me so bad I'm still in counseling and haven't gone above tst 7,7.

At 1700, you probably just re-heat treated your pistons. :--) (but then again, probably aluminum coated your exhaust system as well. :-laf

So what TST/HP level is the "safe max" with this turbo? For instance, what level can you leave it on and floor it as long as you want and not see over 1400 or so?

You need to think out of the oven. With TST on 7/7 and BDDL Performance program I stay below 1550 until just before OD shift, then things climb into the 1600s pretty quick. I think this is because the cp3 is out of gas, so to speak. Seems to have a little stumble about then and never really regains same SOTP acceleration. When I had the EZ stacked TST 6/6 and EZ level 2 would hit 1650* in 2nd gear. It scared me and I switched the EZ to the BDDL downloader. But I think I am going to dyno a triple stack tomorrow. Shouldn't get too hot on the dyno, but don't know about using that stack at the track.

On my truck to stay under 1400deg is about 4,4 on tst, I also notice that ambient temp has a lot to do with egt.

I don't remember the EGTs, but they were definately not what I consider too hot. On 9/9, when you backed out of it, was the thing spooled, or was it still spooling up? Also, I run the EZ stacked with the TST. It keeps it a good amount cooler than using the TST alone. Are you running a pressure box? I'm not sure why it helps, maybe better atomization of the fuel under the higher rail pressure? I don't like the rail pressure being tooooo high, so I leave the EZ on level 3 all the time.

I run TST and DD's TTPM and injectors with a 150 FASS I have hit 1750 + EGT's and I do an oil analysis on every other oil change and if the labs right I have no wear as far as rings, cylinder bore etc, at all, I'm at 64,000 miles run synthetic oil change oil and filter at 10,000 like clock work, I dont have this turbo you all have but a DD turbo and as far as EGT's go just dont hold it any longer than about 10-12 secs thats what I was told when I started hot rodding the truck and so far so good, hope this helps shed alittle light on the Temp's
