missing issues

I recieved a renewal notice in the mail stating that my TDR subscription has expired. I'm kinda wondering what's going on since I didn't join until 3/22/2004, I should still have about 4 months before I need to renew.

I Can Help

Let me help:

MVaden and OCarney, both of your member numbers begin with 43. The first two digits of your member number tell us the FIRST magazine you paid for in your subscription or renewal. In your case:

Issue 43 - first issue (shipped March, 2004)

Issue 44 - second issue (shipped May, 2004)

Issue 45 - third issue (shipped August, 2004)

Issue 46 - fourth issue (shipped November, 2004)

You both last subscribed/renewed in March, 2004. You'll want to renew by February, 2005 to make sure you receive Issue 47 (which will mail in February, 2005). Your TDR website access will remain active through April, 2005. Does this help?

If your records disagree, let me know (rpatton@ix.netcom.com). Thanks!

Robin,

I think my account is similar to the others. Issue 43 was my first magazine. So I will be needing to renew by Feb to not miss any deliveries? Tried to look around my account to see if it showed up anywhere and could not find it. Would be nice if somewhere in our control panel had our start/ end date info.

I just want to be sure and not miss a magazine.

Thanks for the Great Site.

Renewal Data

Yes, Jeff. Your member number starts with a 43 (last renewed 03/04). You'll want to renew in February to receive Issue 47. It will be mailed in originally in January, and your copy will be sent out after you renew.

Thanks! Have a happy holiday season.
