Big single + 6 speed

How much is that 66 hurting your 1/4 mile ET ya think over the stocker being pushed way beyond it's limits?

I'll find out if my butt dyno and runs against other street cars figure out to around the same ET you have, low 13's In September some time. Then again you have a good 100more HP, but then again, that initial 660 foot is key as my 1/8 mile times with a rather broke Hot juice was a faster ET but slower MPH. When I say broke, the truck fell on it's face in the 60 foot but perked up perty good after that. I didn't have any real torque to get moving to save my life.

Tho I'm comparing apples to oranges here with the other funky factors.

After seeing you guys with 66's run rather slow times, I'm now leaning toward a 62 and not so much a 64 anymore. Tho, a line lock and a DD might solve that.

thats a tough one. i really didnt have any problems with the turbo at all. i wish it would have lit alittle faster but it didnt bog on the line like i thought it would. i think with a II modified cp3 and a cam, my combo would be really nice. well and a SBC DD. some more RPM would have been nice too.

That timeslip looks identical to my 2 fastest times with the exception of the 60' times. I can only manage 1. 95. :{:{:{

Which clutch are you running? The OFE in your sig?

The only chip you are running is the smarty right? I wonder if the problems I am having is because I stacked mine with the TS-MP8. What level are you running the smarty on? My truck dynoed friday at 529HP and 996ftlbs

That is quite a bit shy of what yours dynoed at with less mods. Are you running an air intake and exhaust. Sorry for all the questions just trying to figuire this truck out.

Thanks Mike

yeah the only chip im running is the smarty beta. im was running it on level 9. i do have an AFE stage 2 with the dry filter. and just a full straight piped exhaust. and a set of 80HP injectors. i would try running just the smarty on one pass to see if you can get your truck to stop bogging down. it seems to me that your trying to throw too much fuel at it too soon. let me know if i can help you try and figure yours out.

I agree on the feeling that to much fuel is being thrown at the truck. What puzzles me is Brandon at II told me I need to throw more fuel at it. I also have the Betta program loaded into my Smarty. I'll try taking the MP8 completely out of the truck cause turning it to 0% doesn't change anything. We also noticed some surging issues on the last dyno run we pulled. Not sure what was causing them yet.

i would agree take the other pressure box off the beta smarty is doing enough on the pressure side. then when launching hold the brake and the fuel with your right foot. and bring the clutch out a little right before the third light lights up and just mash the throttle. it should take off without the bogging.

Is your heel or toe on the brake? I can't manage to maneuver my feet around down there like that :)

Are you launching in 4x4 or 2wd.

I got mine to chirp going into 4th gear in 4wd

With stock tires and 4. 10's I run outta gear way before the traps, about 100 is all I can muster in the 1320, I need 3. 73's bad.
